Cozy, remodeled bungalow near downtown Ferndale

Enjoy a visit to our summer home in Oak Park. It's a 1 mile drive through our historic neighborhood to downtown Ferndale. A 2 bed 1 bath built in 1930 was fully remodeled in 2020, including the addition of AC. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do when we come home to work remotely near family twice yearly. Enjoy the fully stocked kitchen; we love to cook! But make sure to take advantage of all the bars and restaurants in Ferndale. If traveling with the pup, there's a large fenced-in yard.

Spend time barbecuing on the deck while the sun sets or relax with a fire by the lake. This spacious home is on a secluded private lake with all of the up north vibes but the benefit of being near the city. Tranquil spot with a beautiful view of the lake. Nearby amenities include close access to I-75, Great Lakes Crossing, Top Golf, Pine Knob, skiing, golf and more! 1 hr. from Frankenmuth. The place also has a 2 kayaks, canoe and fishing gear.
