There are also bars, restaurants & supermarkets 10 minutes walk away. Beautiful country setting yet less than 10 miles from Manchester City centre, suitable for self-isolation. This unique space is set within a 200 year old weavers cottage but with all the modern conveniences of a newly completed studio apartment with all mod cons. The apartment is open plan on first floor with a double bed, and double bed settee and en-suite shower and laundry room. The second floor comprises twin beds addition with en-suite bath. Hight restriction to 2nd floor slopping ceiling.

Secluded ex shop now fully residential has a basement apartment with full kitchen & facilities studio apartment separate bathroom via stairs Tv lounge double bed. Decked sitting area to rear overlooking river canal & ,,waterfall depending on the rain ,,ideal for walkers & Wildlife enthusiasts winter or summer. We are approximately 15 /20 mins walk to Hebden Bridge to the local co-op supermarket or there is a Lidl & Morrisons in the opposite direct towards Todmorden about 10 mins drive away.

Ryecroft House is a former farmhouse that dates back to the Seventeenth Century. It is situated in Ryecroft, a hamlet of half a dozen or so houses, a little less than a mile above the centre of Holmfirth. There is plenty of off-road parking and a substantial garden for guests’ use. Guests’ accommodation is the top floor of the house. Access is through the main house, so we share a staircase and hallway, but the flat itself is fully independent with a lockable entrance.
