Il piano terra è composto da soggiorno con due vetrate che danno sul patio, camino, divano letto, bagno con grande doccia e cucina moderna con isola in acciaio, con tre porte finestre per accedere alla zona pranzo esterna con bbq. Il primo piano è composto da due camere matrimoniali ognuna dotata del proprio bagno con doccia. Giardino è moto curato,ci sono vari angoli relax, prendisole è una piscina infinity ad idrolisi

PRIVATE SWIMMING POOL (which is located a few tens of meters from the villa in its own land ) and JACUZZI (located in the garden of the villa ) are open for our guests from June until the end of October.

The interior is distributed over two floors: on the first large living room with fireplace, SmartTV, eat area, kitchen and room with pizza oven (there are 2 sofa/bed). On the second floor there are 3 bedrooms, 2 of which are doubles and 1 with a bunk bed and 1 bathroom.
