Fenced yard and parking. This is the front unit, so when available, both units can be rented for two families or groups. Starbucks is 170 steps away. There is a communal backyard with a patio, grill, and fire pit. Both units have a UV system to help remove viruses, bacteria, and mold. Keypad entry.

We are conveniently located about 15 minutes from Magnolia Silos and other points of interest such as the Zoo, Dr. Pepper Museum, Baylor etc. No pets without special permission from host, however there is a $25.00 pet fee because of the extra cleanup. We have a queen size bed &futon for guests.
