Huset har alt av nødvendigheter med eget bad, kjøkken, soverom i alkove og en flott utsikt. 5 minutter å gå til Holmenkollen stasjon og nærbutikk, 3 minutter til restaurant og skihoppet. Wifi og TV-med kabel og chromecast. Dessverre ikke plass til parkering på tomten, men det er gratis gateparkering rett ovenfor tomten, alltid ledig.

There is free safe parking by the house. Close by are: grocery store, restaurants, shops, boat museum & beautiful shore paths.

Gangavstand til Kolbotn sentrum, med butikker/spisesteder, og tog/buss til Oslo. 10 min med bil til Tusenfryd. 5 min med bil til The well, Nord Europas største spa.
