The villa is nestled on a cliff, overlooking from a privileged spot the Gulf of La Spezia . During 2024 and 2025 the interior of the villa was completely renovated, with top of the line materials and appliances, turning every stay into an extremely enjoyable experience.

La villa JUWEN est composée : * 2 belles chambres de 12 m² chacune équipées d'une TV. * 1 salle d'eau, 1 WC séparé. * 1 cuisine équipée ouverte sur la pièce de vie avec canapé convertible de très bonne qualité. En extérieur, vous trouverez une belle terrasse de 70m² avec un salon de jardin pour 6 personnes, une plancha et 4 transats. La piscine fait 6 mx3 m et elle est chauffée d'Avril à octobre.
