The Annexe is a self-contained interior designed studio apartment, adjacent to a Victorian mill house and set in beautiful gardens. We are perfectly positioned for visits to London, Windsor and Eton, as well as being a five minute taxi ride from Heathrow T4/5. Parking is free in our gated car park whilst you are staying with us. And if you are flying from Heathrow and need somewhere for your car whilst you are away you can leave it with us for a small daily charge (by prior arrangement).

We are right on the edge of the beautiful village of Cookham. The accommodation is annexed to the main house and is accessed through a secured side-gate for total privacy. There is also free private parking on the front drive. The room is ideal for people who need to commute (1 hour by train to London, 25 minutes drive to Heathrow), or families who need to have additional accommodation for their loved ones to stay in the area. Welcome to 'The Annex' a super hidden gem, tucked away in a rural location but only 11 miles to Southend seaside with 'Adventure Island', 8 miles to Leigh-on-sea and only 33 miles from London. Nestled between the A13 and A127. 'The Annex' is the perfect setting for special occasions, birthdays, families, contractors, hens, stags, holidays, treat yourself time. Take time to relax in the bubbly hot tub. It's important to look at 'other details to note' for rules on events and celebrations.

A self-contained, cosy loft studio with everything you need for a relaxed stay and stunning views to the South Downs. Fast Satellite Wifi, parking, deck area plus garden space with seating. Shower room, kitchen area with microwave, coffee machine, fridge, air fryer, bike store. Beautiful scenic walks, cycle routes. Near to Liphook, Haslemere, Milland, Goodwood, Midhurst, Cowdray, West Wittering beach. Rural yet 3 mins by car from station, shops and a great pub. It’s a lovely place.

This is a very cosy self contained annex, consisting of a double bedroom with ensuite. There is a kettle, mini fridge, toaster and microwave, but no other cooking facilities. One towel per person is supplied. Fresh croissants and home made jam included and brought to your door in the mornings on certain days of the week. This does rather depend on what time I have to go out in the morning, but often we can agree on a time. Please do enquire.
