A base for walkers, cyclists, beach lovers and families alike, or just relax and enjoy..

Beach has a cafe and loos, and is popular for surfing, kayaking and other water sports. The annexe has six steps up to a small area of decking to the front, and access to a large patio and garden to the rear; free street parking. The village has a pub and shop and a bus service to/from Plymouth just outside the property.
