We hope you will love the house for its fantastic views and a kitchen that is a dream to cook and entertain in. Light bright airy accommodation on the foreshore of the River Teign, in the village of Combeinteignhead. Fantastic views, peaceful location. Wood fired hot tub (Additional charge applies). Close to Torbay, and Dartmoor National Park, by car 15 minutes to Torquay, 20 minutes to Exeter and 30 minutes to Dartmouth. 2 hours 30 minutes to London by train. There has been a mill on this site since 1298 and in 2019 we completely refurbished the current 18th century milll to a very high standard to ensure a truly comfortable and magical getaway. You'll be surrounded by trees, bird song and the constant sound of running water and the sight of our resident heron by the waterfall. The Mill lies in a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in Daphne du Maurier country, on the Fowey estuary.

You will be the only guests at the property. We are doing some improvement works in early 2026 but the site is open. We are open year round.

Lovely 3 Bedroom static caravan with two bathrooms situated on the popular Bude Holiday Resort with a private costal path with direct access to the beautiful beaches in Bude, on-site heated pool, lovely refurbished costal bar with amusement arcade. Only 15 minutes walk into the seaside town of Bude with its array of shops, restaurants and cafes. Local supermarket also is walking distance from the site. A special place to make lasting memories for all the family.
