One bedroom apartment, situated in Aviemore in the Cairngorms National Park. Additional sleeping arrangements for more than 2 guests or guests wanting separate rooms: Summer house/cabin in the garden. This has a single or double bed. All amenities are in the house. A booking of 3+ guests is required to open the cabin to cover costs. Good access to to public transport, town centre and the outdoors. Located in a quiet neighbourhood with off road parking. Big garden getting the sun most of the day.

The quite scenic side of Loch but half way between Inverness and Fort Augustus, so lots to see and do. Visit the Falls of Foyers and access the South Loch Ness Trail. Own transport advisable.

Welcome to our quirky detached self-catering cottage, nestled in a peaceful woodland setting adjacent to a dramatic gorge and river - a beautiful viewpoint with picnic table provided for your use at any time. Dogs are more than welcome at no extra charge (fully fenced garden) ... with miles of hill and forest walks available straight from the door, it's their holiday too!!!. Foyers village is found in a rural location in the Highlands, on the quiet southern banks of world famous Loch Ness.

Garden Cottage with hot tub, castle & sea views

This charming cottage is completely unique having the old Redcastle ruin as a back drop and views of the Beauly Firth directly in front. There is an idyllic stream going through the garden and we have recently planted a wild flower meadow at the end of the garden. It has been beautifully refurbished in 2023 and we feel incredibly proud of the results. The cottage is located in the sleepy hamlet of Milton of Redcastle and really is an idyllic and very comfortable place to come and unwind.

Dunaincroy farmhouse enjoys a unique setting on the Caledonian Canal midway between iconic Loch Ness and the town of Inverness (6 minutes either way.) Set in an historic Highland estate this secluded location has extensive, fully fenced gardens down to the canal and spectacular views to open countryside and the hills beyond. The wilderness of the highlands and yet only minutes from the amenities of a major town and nearby transport hubs. It is also a great starting point for the North 500.

A bothy bedroom in the heart of the Cairngorms

Connected to the old cruck barn this is a compact, cosy, self contained bedroom. It’s set on one side of the courtyard with separate key access so you can come and go at will. If you love the outdoors, we think you will love it here. We have spectacular views of the Cairngorms, with excellent walks from the door. Rustic, with loads of character, the room has a comfy king size bed and en suite bathroom with shower. If you need mod cons or lots of space this may not be the place for you!

It’s the perfect location to explore both the East & West side of the Cairngorms National Park and to enjoy lots of activities such as biking, wildlife watching, snowsports, fishing & watersports and, we are right on the edge of the Tomintoul & Glenlivet Dark Sky Park - perfect for stargazing!

'Muggans' (named after the Mugwort that grows by the steps) is entirely off-grid and has everything you'll need for a comfortable and memorable getaway, including a wood burning stove to keep you cozy, a wood fired hot tub to soak in under the stars and pizza oven for luxury campfire cooking.
