Roam freely through our 120 acres of gardens, farmland and woodlands, or enjoy a guided tour of our grounds and learn of present day efforts to transform our land into a nature reserve.

The Swallow's Nest

Please don't come here - If you're looking for big city lights, mod cons & public transport. Please do come here - If you're interested in growing your own food, keeping bees, hiking, food preservation, nature, chickens & geese, bats, birdsong & silence (hens/geese/wildlife permitting!). The Swallow's Nest is a tiny barn which sits between Slievenamon & the Comeragh mountains, in the glorious valley known as The Honeylands but is only a ten minute drive from Clonmel, Tipperary's County town.

Cosy Cottage

Kick back and relax in this calm, cosy space in the rolling countryside and just a 40 minute drive from Knock Airport. For something more lively there’s Westport and Castlebar, with their shops, bars and the beautiful coastline and beaches of the Wild Atlantic Way. The 2 friendly cats, Muffin and Bruce, prefer to live outside but like to say hello. When not away working, I stay in a chalet on a separate piece of land close by but not overlooking the cottage. I do respect guest privacy.

The Old Brewery

Ideal for walkers, Glennagalliagh (Valley of the Hags) is situated on the East Clare Way. The sheltered valley is nestled in the foothills of the Slieve Bernagh Mountains with Clare's highest peak; Moylussa (532m) standing behind. The apartment is a converted brewery with views towards the Ardclooney River and the hills above. 4 miles from the picturesque riverside town of Killaloe/Ballina and pubs, cafes, restaurants, boutiques, markets, fishing and watersports/beaches of Lough Derg.

Located 5 minutes from heritage town Abbeyleix in co. Laois is Villa Jokubas a log cabin village set on a hill overlooking surrounding countryside. All our cabins combine modern finishes and rustic county charms. Be treated with all modern luxuries inside and outside, enjoy expansive yard, covered patio areas with private modern hot tubs, "Kamado" BBQ grills, fully stocked bar with taps of our home brewed IPA beer. We charge €25 for hottub or sauna for one use. One Drink Included.

The cabin is situated approximately 100 metres from the main house and enjoys its own garden . Holistic therapies by request, such as Swedish, sports , deep tissue and aromatherapy massages , Cranio Sacral therapy ,Reflexology, Reki , Indian head massage qà, ear candling . Yoga room also available to use .

Großer Garten mit altem Baumbestand, Feuerplatz , Grill und einem Saunahaus mit Tauchbecken (Zusatzkosten) . Ich produziere Eier, Honig, Obst, Gemüse für den Eigenbedarf. Nur 2 km vom Kilmacduagh Rund Turm mit Kirchenruinen und Friedhof, 10 km bis Kinvara, einem Fischerdorf am Meer. Ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen, Radtouren, und Ausflüge am Wild Atlantic Way.

The Castle Walk

This memorable place is anything but the ordinary. Top notch, high end tiny House in excellent location. Positioned just a stone throw from Roscommon Castle and just a 5 minute walk into vibrant town centre. It is also less than a 5 minute drive to the train station. Our quaint retreat is also right beside the Omniplex cinema. Please notice, it's a tiny house! It has everything you need for a comfortable stay for 2 adults. Additional guest possible on pull out couch.

The clever use of space means you have your own kitchen, dining and sleeping area with a small en suite shower/toilet and the living space includes a unique Bluthner grand piano for the musically minded!
