Hoots Treehouse is a picture-perfect, romantic, luxurious treehouse with all mod cons in an area of outstanding natural beauty - only 45 minutes south of M25. Clad in aromatic cedar wood, beautifully furnished - ideal private, woodland retreat for couples. Can also comfortably sleep up to 2 children (from 5 years) on single mattresses in loft area accessed by a ladder and hatch. NOT SUITABLE FOR 4 ADULTS. A wonderful place to chill-out and lose yourself - you won't want to leave! Sheer bliss!

Countryside location with hot tub and sauna

We are offering our pool house which consists of sauna, hot tub, kitchen, double shower room, bedroom/living room with separate wc. Beautiful countryside views. This building is located in our garden which is an acre in total. From the garden you have the added bonus of seeing Llamas and wild deer in the adjoining field. We are situated close to the cuckoo line and there are beautiful walks nearby. We do allow dogs but we do ask that they are added to your reservation as we make a charge.

If you want to get away from your busy, daily lives, relax and unwind with the sound of birds in the background then this is the place for you. This is not the place for late night hot tub parties! You certainly won’t forget your time in this intimate Garden Room sunken into the grounds of our garden with stunning views of our paddock/ old orchard and surrounding countryside of the beautiful village of Hernhill. We have great sunsets in this area which you can watch from the Garden room.

Cosy Rural Retreat with Log Burner

The Snuggery is a converted outbuilding that has been set up for a cosy stay with a wood burning stove and lots of snuggly wraps to cuddle up in. The open plan interior, high vaulted ceilings and natural oak flooring create an interior which is fun, light and airy. Walking enthusiasts will enjoy walks from the back door straight on to the North Downs Way and there is a bench by the front door fitted with a heated element, perfect for warming up your walking boots. Lovely garden cabin, quiet location with view of the park. Guests have their own private garden with table & chairs & BBQ. Fully equipped kitchen includes oven, 4 ring hob, fridge & freezer, microwave, coffee machine. Double bedroom with en-suite bathroom. FREE on street parking. Short walk into town where there are lots of bars/restaurants. The cabin is self checkin accessed at the side of our house, please be aware there are some steps into the garden & also into the cabin garden.
