Our cosy studio is very central while being outside of the city centre. It's in a gated premises with your own private gated entrance also. Great for events in the RDS, Landsdowne Road, Bord Gais Theatre and 3 Arena. The bus stop both to & from the city centre is only a few meters from the door, as well as the Dart (train) which is 5 minutes walk. Journey into the city centre takes approximately 10 to 15 mins, grocery stores 10 mins walking distance & bars & restaurants. Free parking for 1 car.

Apartment with sandstone on outside walls. . wi fi included ( due to the nature of the building the WiFi connection doesn’t reach to the bedroom,), living room with single bed and sofa bed , large kitchen with dishwasher etc , large bedroom with double bed and en suite bathroom /shower room ,20 mins drive from Dublin city centre . Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Once the offices of an old corn mill, but later changed into a family home in the 1930s, was left for years abandoned but now its returning to a welcoming home from home. A beautiful airy apartment with patio to front and rear to welcome the sunny mornings and to watch the stars at night.
