Nestled in the scenic countryside of Northamptonshire, conveniently located just a few miles from Silverstone Circuit the M1, A5 & the M40 provide excellent transport links. Well equipped with microwave, mini fridge, tv & WiFi. Simple continental breakfast. Perfect as a romantic getaway, cyclists & walkers & for working in the area. Pets MUST be crated.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space, The Annexe. Situated about a 20 minute walk to the historic market town of St. Ives, with the Great river Ouse. Perfect for walks, cycling, fishing and boating. With The Norris Museum , Thicket walk and Holt Island nature reserve are just a few activities available. A good selection of restaurants and coffees shops plus a Waitrose supermarket in town. A 2 minutes walk to the guided busway stop – which get’s you to central Cambridge (40 minutes).

Cherry Blossom is situation on Cherry Orchard Farm - a working farm in a secluded rural location in Great Staughton near the Cambs/Beds border. Brixworth has a long tradition of shoemaking. Cobblers Cottage was where shoes would have been made by homeworkers. The property has its own private balcony with far reaching countryside views. Situated in a colourful garden the cottage has its own access. The prize winning cook/owner provides a superb breakfast which is included. Dinner is available on request. Cobblers is located in an historic part of the village, within walking distance of shops and recreation facilities.

Walk to the races from smart, sunny garden annex.

Welcome to our newly redecorated, warm, sunny and spacious garden annex. Off street parking and a short walk home from a day at the races - Rowley Mile Course. (The July course is a longer walk), or a 3 minute taxi ride from the High Street restaurants and Newmarket train station. When travelling we always appreciate a comfortable bed, fresh linen, a decent hot shower, large fluffy towels and being able to make a tea / coffee when we arrive. We hope you will too, when you stay.

Beautifully appointed double room with its own shower-room and mini-kitchen. Light, bright and luxurious all in one go. The cabin is accessed via the side passage of the main house, meaning you can come and go as you please. A lit path winds down the garden to this gorgeous cedar-clad structure with a meadow roof and nature walls. You’ll feel like you’re in a country hideaway whilst also being very centrally located. Inside it’s light and airy whilst also quiet and cosy.

The Coach House, GRAFHAM, Cambridgeshire

Cosy one bedroom Coach House within walking distance of Grafham Water with off-street parking. The Coach House has a fully equipped kitchen. Sleeps 2 (or 4)(king size bed or 2 single beds- advise on booking how you want the beds), en-suite shower room. Living room has sofa/sofa bed, TV (with Fire TV), dining table & chairs. The Old School House Annexe, Irchester

Beautifully refurbished internal annexe within what was the village school (1840). Sole use of annexe. Wifi, TV, DVD player, printer, well equipped kitchen inc washing machine, freezer. Irchester is a village three miles from both Rushden and Wellingborough. Pub, cafe, shop, a short walk, Country Park less than a mile. Easy reach of Northampton, Bedford and Milton Keynes. Guests have access to the owners’ garden. Please note we do NOT take dogs or young children.
