The Shepherd Hut at The Old Police House

A traditional bespoke Shepherd Hut in a semi rural location. The hut is positioned a few steps from the Llangollen canal and a three min walk from the Pontcysyllte Aqueduct.Offas Dyke runs along the towpath .There are two excellent pubs a few minutes walk, post office ,pizza takeaway and cafe. The Hut is in an area of outstanding natural beauty. There is direct access to the tow path on which you can walk for miles. I currently have a minimum 2 nights stay but may allow 1 night stay please ask

The accommodation is best suited to one or two guests, however, the use of a sofa bed is available for guests not wanting to share or for larger parties for a short stay. Getting around we would suggest you have a car or bike as there is no public transport or cabs. Please note we are a working farm so you will see and hear tractors during your stay. Our family are also keen equestrians so you will also see horses. There is also a Glamping Cabin in the field so you may see other guests during your stay.
