Tucked away in the heart of an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty is our newly renovated annex. It is situated in an acre of land including a lake that is surrounded by trees and wildlife. The back door opens to Loggerheads Country Park comprising of beautiful walks and stunning views. A cafe within the park is a great option for brunch and hot drinks. Across the road is a lovely pub for quick bites, slap up meals and a tipple. Or the handy Spar shop has most things you may ever need, 1 min walk

Our place is in the village of Rhuddlan near a 13th century church and castle, the River Clwyd, the Clwydian Hills, the beaches of Rhyl & Prestatyn, and the North Wales Expressway (A55). The peaceful, historic village has small local shops, tea rooms, pubs, restaurants and takeaways. The modern, ground floor annex is private, with its own front door, hall, bedroom with 2 single beds, bathroom with shower and small kitchenette. It is good for couples, solo adventurers and business travellers.

Croeso! Our cosy guest annex has its own separate entrance and is attached to our family home in the beautiful Welsh countryside. It is an ideal base to enjoy North Wales and the borders, from quiet getaways to city visits, adrenaline filled breaks (kayak over the aquaduct)or a visit the local Hollywood owned Wxm FC! Conveniently located just outside Wxm, a short drive to beautiful mountains, golf courses, the town of Llangollen and also the historic cities of Chester & Shrewsbury.

We have a spacious ground floor suite with sea views consisting of Bedroom, Ensuite, Private Lounge and optional Hot tub. The hot tub is an additional fee of £90 regardless of length of stay. The bedroom has a King Size bed with smart TV, storage and ensuite bathroom with walk in shower. The lounge has a sofa, smart TV and fantastic sea views. We provide Tea/coffee making facilities, microwave, toaster and fridge and a light breakfast. Sorry no Children. Car recommend

A steep paddle staircase leads to mezzanine floor with sleeping mattresses on floor in roof area for 2 people. Staircases may challenge dogs, young children, physically impaired. The Stables Annexe. One bedroom guest suite.

The Stables annexe is located in a beautiful courtyard setting with private entrance and free off road parking. From the courtyard, you step into the open plan lounge area. Wall mounted smart TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime. There are several country pubs within walking distance all serving good food. The nearest being a short 2 minute walk away. Beautiful walks from the door onto Thurstaston Common, Royden Park. Regular local bus and train services into Liverpool.

A peaceful retreat in a stunning setting

The views from the apartment are amazing. You are next to the sailing club and near several golf courses . Within walking distance of lots of restaurants and shops. The walks in the area are many and you have direct access to the beach from the garden. Don’t leave your dog at home. I love well-behaved dogs and they will love the beach. The apartment is very quiet being well away from the main road.
