Amazing and peaceful house with hot tub

This amazing and peaceful house is great for a city escape. Surrounded by greenery and only 5 min by car from the beach, it has everything for a relaxed holiday. Enjoy the hot tub, relax on sun bed, prepare a BBQ for a dinner on the terrace, or go for a walk in surrounding hills. The house is well equipped, but if you need anything, our family lives close by and can assist you at any time. Parking is free and we do recommend arriving with a vehicle, it's more convenient during the summer heat.

Na drugom katu su dvije sobe s bračnim krevetom i zasebnim kupatilom.Kuća ima više terasa: privatnu uz kuću s pogledom na grad i rijeku te prostranu središnju terasu s roštiljem.

Mi smo mala četveročlana obitelj koja živi u kući na 3 kata sa 7 modernih, potpuno opremljenih apartmana. Ovaj apartman je odvojena zgrada smještena odmah iznad naše privatne plaže. Imamo privatnu plažu (samo za naše goste i obitelj) i uz nju osiguravamo prirodnu vodu, tuševe, struju, roštilj, ostavu za plažne potrepštine, kao i 2 veza za čamce. Nalazimo se u mjestu Pisak, mirnom mjestu bez stresa, stvorenom za opuštanje i obiteljski odmor.

Kuća je potpuno renovirana sa modernim stilom uređenja, dvije sobe , velika i prostrana blagovaonica s kuhinjom, te prostran dnevni boravak idealno su mjesto za miran obiteljski odmor. Veliko dvorište i prostrana terasa pružaju mogućnosti boravka na otvorenom, igru za djecu i uzivanje u prirodi i cvrkutu ptica. Svi sadržaji su jako blizu kuće, Nacionalni park Krka je udaljen 500 metara, a do Sibenika se stiže za 15 minuta automobilom.

Located in a quiet tucked away place 10 minutes from the airport. A 25 minute drive to the center of Split and a 15 minute from to the center of Trogir. Just a 15 minute walk to the local grocery store and a 10 minute walk to the train station nearby.
