Located in the quaint residential village of San Quirico which is surrounded by rolling hills of vineyards, hazelnut orchards and fairytale castles. It is the perfect home-base to explore by hiking and biking the famous hills of Alta Monferrato. Just a short drive from the ancient Roman Aqueducts of Acqui Terme, beautiful rivers and swimming holes, as well as many Vineyards where you can taste local wines.

The hilltop villa is surrounded by a private park and the renovation has just been completed, with the lowest environmental impact and maximum comfort: photovoltaic system, underfloor heating, electric car and bike charging. Pro milovníky vína je na dojezd známá oblast Barolo & Langhe. Do starého přístavu Janov (Genova) cesta autem trvá zhruba 50 minut. Každé ráno můžete posnídat v místním baru a nasát pravou italskou atmosféru s cappucinem a croissantem. (20m od baráku) Parkování zdarma u baráku na ulici a nebo v blízkosti na parkovišti.
