It does not have a beach and you need to have a car to move arround. All the interesting places to see are in range of 5-20 kilometers(beach Kostrena,Crikvenica,Opatija,Rijeka).Studio has a small indor place and a large outdoor area(terrace and garden).It is located in old city up the hill and you have 30 stairs to get to the apartment.

Die Wohnung ist neu gebaut und ist komplett ausgestattet und eingerichtet. Es ist möglich, für Menschen mit Behinderungen zuzugreifen.

Der Besitzer achtete auf jedes Detail und das Haus strahlt Tradition, Kreativität und eine angenehme Atmosphäre aus. Es befindet sich in ruhiger Lage, aber in der Nähe von allem. Es erstreckt sich über zwei Etagen und bietet Platz für bis zu 4 Personen. Vor dem Haus es gibt eine Terrasse mit Pergola. Privatparking ist ca. 100 m entfernt

Our house is located in Čižići, approximately 50 meters from the beach. The property boasts a quiet and secluded location with shaded on-site parking. The apartment has a private entryway/balcony, and a big terrace with the beautiful sea and garden views. Inside is one bedroom with a queen-sized bed , bathroom with shower, kitchen/dining room, and living room with a pull-out sofa. In the back of the house we have common dining and BBQ area and outside shower to enjoy.
