Ljuta is located in very heart of the Bay of Kotor, only 7 km from the old city of Kotor and 3km from Perast. Our apartments are all with a beautiful views of the Bay of Kotor and surrounding mountains, a unique combination of mountains and the sea provides an unbelieable sense of enjoyment..

Opustite se sa porodicom ili prijateljima u ovom mirnom smeštaju. Uzivajte u prelijepom pogledu na bokokotorski zaliv u starome Risnu koji se nalazi na idealnoj lokaciji u zalivu, sve znamenitosti zaliva su jako blizu a opet dovoljno daleko da isporbate sve skrivene plaze, koje su o ovom djelu zaliva definitivno najljepse. Kuca ima svoju bastu gdje mozete odmarati ili organizovati rucak pod maslinama. Takodje mozemo dodati da je parking mjesto obezbjedjeno u sklopu smjestaja.

It's perfect for any type of travellers, also booking for events is available. It's 5 minutes by car to Risan or 25 minutes walking. 15 minutes by car to Kotor and 20 minutes to Tivat Airport. Transfer can be provided upon agreement. I'm available at any time and ready to help you with whatever question you might have.

My family lives 5 mins drive from this place and they are more than welcome to help you with anything you need. It’s 65m2 square on the fourth floor of a six year old building. Porto Montenegro is 800m away, main square 200m, beach 100m. Parking available. Smoking prohibited, only outside on balcony.
