Mari's house

The house is located in the seaside area of Taormina, Giardini Naxos town. The space is dedicated to my guests mq.100, 40 of which have a terrace on the beach. The house is about one meter higher than the beach. All openings in the house, overlooking the terrace. The result is a bright house with sea view. The apartment has 2 rooms, kitchen and bathroom with shower. My guests can enjoy the sea at all hours of day and night. The house is equipped with all comforts, including air conditioning, Internet WI-FI and direct access to the sea from the roof terrace which is on the beach. The outdoor terrace is furnished with 2 tables and chairs, loungers and sunshades. The kitchen has a refrigerator with freezer, 4 burner stove, oven and sink. A few steps from home there are many restaurants, supermarkets, tobacco and cash. The proximity to all major highways and communications, make your holiday even more beautiful, you will have the opportunity to visit the most beautiful archaeological sites, tourist and historical sites of Sicily. It 'has a garage for 1 car, in addition to parking inside the residence.

Si può raggiungere in 15 minuti Taormina e in 30 Siracusa ottima posizione per fare escursioni. Ci troviamo a 5 minuti da Acireale famosa per il suo stile Barocco le sue prelibatezze culinarie. Si informano gli ospiti che all'arrivo ci sarà da pagare una tassa di soggiorno di 2€ a notte per le prime 5 notti a persona.

La casa è in campagna, in collina a circa 550 metri slm . é sù 2 livelli. Ha 2 entrate per piano ed è comunicante all'interno da scala a chiocciola .Ci sono 2 camere da letto, un bagno, una cucina e una sala pranzo con tv e divano utilizzabili. Dal balcone della camera da letto ( dove è possibile consumare pasti ) ci si può rilassare ammirando il meraviglioso panorama sulla citta' di Taormina e natura circostante .La casa è situata in campagna a pochi km da Castelmola, Taormina e isola Bella.

Rifugio SERCLA

Incantevole rifugio immerso nel caratteristico paesaggio di vecchie colate laviche e boschi nel versante est dell' Etna, a quota 900 mt circa, attrezzato per brevi soggiorni per ospitare fino a 4 persone. Contesto ideale per amanti della natura e della tranquillità, nel vulcano più grande d'Europa, ricco di itinerari percorribili a piedi o in mountain bike. Il rifugio è ubicato in pieno percorso della gara di MTB "ETNA MARATHON" . Il rifugio offre piacevoli soggiorni in tutte le stagioni.

Pretty panoramic villa, consisting of 2 small apartments in an exclusive setting, ideal for moments of relaxation immersed in nature and away from traffic but a short walk from the centre! THE STRUCTURE IS ACCESSIBLE FROM THE MAIN ROAD ONLY THROUGH A PRIVATE HILL WITH ABOUT 80 steps, therefore it is not suitable for children, the elderly and people with mobility problems. finding parking in Taormina is difficult in high season! therefore the CAR is NOT RECOMMENDED. POOL IS FOR EXCLUSIVE USE

l'alloggio si trova nelle campagne di Santa Maria di Licodia a 225 metri sul livello del mare, immerso in un agrumeto di 30.000 mq, da dove si gode di una vista mozzafiato dell'Etna e dei paesi vicini. nell'assoluta tranquillità, potrete godere di uno spazio esterno, di pertinenza esclusiva, arredato e fornito di un grande barbecue. Ristrutturato recentemente con tecniche e materiali tradizionali, dista 40 Min. dall'Etna, un'ora da Siracusa e Taormina e mezz'ora da Catania.

Il nostro appartamento si trova nel centro storico del piccolo borgo di Motta Camastra. Un paesino tranquillo dal caos cittadino ma nello stesso tempo a due passi dalle più belle mete turistiche delle nostre zone , infatti a soli 5minuti di macchina si arriva alle gole dell'alcantara , in 20 minuti si raggiunge la bellissima Taormina , l'Isola Bella .. e per chi preferisce la montagna in 40 minuti si può trovare a fare un'escursione sulla maestosa etna ..
