Zwei dieser Apartments befinden sich im Erdgeschoss und verfügen über eine Terrasse. Die vier anderen Apartments liegen im Obergeschoss und haben einen Balkon. Der Meerblick variiert leicht je nach Apartment, wie Sie auf den Bildern sehen können. The house is a one-story house with a pool for 4 people. It is located in the center of Labin. It consists of a kitchen with a dining room, a living room, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and a storage room and terrace with pool. High greenery around the house provides privacy and private parking.

The apartment was completely renovated this winter! It is just 10 minutes away from the beautiful beaches in Rabac. It's located at the ground floor of the house. It has WiFi, air conditioning (AC), a HD TV and a bench with a sunshade outside. It's very close to everything you need, 50m from a supermarket and restaurant. The studio apartment is very similar with another one (Terra app) in the same building so when booked together it's suitable for families and friends up to 6!

Time to dream above the sea. An apartment on the top floor of a family house, with spectacular view, and I do mean spectacular views of the sea, the bay and also of the Old City Labin. It is located in an area close to the sea. Walking distance to the nearest and biggest beach in Rabac is 250 meters. The décor of the apartment is clean and fresh and modern (check out the photos). Best for 2 people - couples, best friends, solo adventurers, business travelers.
