The "Treehouse" is located on a quiet tree lined street and is easy walking distance to "Texas State" or downtown. Has steps to access the upstairs and is located on the back side of the house, so if steps are an issue for you please do not book this property. It is a perfect spot for a visiting professor, travel nurse or other professional seeking a temporary stay away from the fray of the University or downtown. Please note this is a one bedroom unit with one queen size bed.

Cedar Shack - cozy getaway minutes from Wimberley

Escape from the busy city life and come visit our little ‘Cedar Shack’ oasis situated minutes from Wimberley and San Marcos. Enjoy the fresh air, visit the local wineries, take a splash in one of the spring-fed swimming holes, check out any one of the unique shops and lovely restaurants, and soak in all the beauty that the Texas Hill Country has to offer. Sit by the propane fire pit between two custom chairs after a relaxing dip in the stock tank pool that is heated!

Enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located home. This house is situated in a historic neighborhood, just steps away from the downtown square. The backyard is fenced with lots of mature trees to provide shade and privacy. The front half of the backyard is landscaped but the back half is still a work in progress. The home does have exterior security cameras monitoring the property perimeter. It is video recording only, no audio.
