It's ONLY 9 min from the LMM Int'l Airport (SJU), 12 min from Isla Verde's Beach, 13 min from Condado and 20 min from the Old San Juan. Food, ATM's, groceries are walking distance. You have ONLY the FIRST floor (entire place stay) with a private entrance. The 2nd floor is closed for future renovations; no access to it or the 2nd floor balcony. The owner lives in the concrete house below with its own entrance.
