La zona è molto tranquilla e comoda, raggiungibile in 5 minuti a piedi dal terminal automobilistico Piazzale Roma e a 10 minuti dalla Ferrovia. Restaurato completamente nel 2018 e con arredi di design, dispone di due camere con letti matrimoniali, un bagno con doccia spaziosa, e una cucina accessoriata.
