Der charmante Altbau im alten Palazzo aus dem Jahre 1896 befindet sich in der Nähe des Hafens und der Innenstadt. Die 100 Quadratmeter Wohnung wurde sorgfältig renoviert. Es gibt zwei große Schlafzimmer mit Klimaanlagen und eins davon mit Smart-TV. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet, z.B. mit einer Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine. Außerdem gibt es einen Balkon für den Kaffee am Morgen mit Meerblick. Dies ist eine Privatwohnung die ich vermiete, wenn ich nicht in da bin.
