The house has 2 bathrooms, one with a tub/shower and one with a step in stand up shower. Hardwood flooring throughout with the exception of the bathrooms. High efficiency washer/dryer and 5 cup Keurig Coffee Maker with coffee pods, creamer and sugar supplied. Completely renovated with all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. Con mesa y silla para trabajar a distancia en tu laptop, cuenta con Direct TV y WiFi. Son 2 cuartos con cama Queen cada uno. Extra un colchón inflable para 2 personas. La cocina incluye licuadora, cafetera de filtro, tostador de pan, batidora para hornear, plancha, y secadora de pelo. Patio trasero para disfrutar tu café.

Cozy Cabin close to town

Fully furnished and well stocked. Comfortable full size bed in bedroom. Pull out sofa bed in living room. Private area with grill and fire pit. This is well built tiny home with heat/air, washer dryer, vaulted ceilings and satellite TV. There are other units in relatively close proximity. Some are long term rentals and some short term. You will have your own private cooking and hang out area. I do own all the properties in the area and require neighbors to show mutual respect.

Broken Road Cottage

Unwind and relax during your stay in our newly renovated 116-year-old cottage, while enjoying modern updated amenities of home. The cottage was updated for your pleasure while keeping unique touches of the original home. Unwind and grill on the back porch and enjoy the shade of the oak tree. This pet friendly home offers a fenced in backyard for your pet's safety. We are located 6 minutes from Monroe Regional Airport and 5 minutes from the University of Louisiana at Monroe.

Country Pleasure

A beautiful modular home. SLEEPS FOUR ADULTS AND TWO CHILDREN COMFORTABLY! Located on our 80 acre Family Farm. A quiet Country setting with a few farm animals. (PLEASE DO NOT PET THE ANIMALS!). Sit on the front porch or back deck for a pleasant view. You may see deer in the meadow. There’s a swing under the carport for relaxing in the shade. Quiet country get away. Additional charges may apply for more than four adults. (We will negotiate)

Riverside Retreat

With access to the mighty Boeuf River and a clear view of the starry sky at night, there is no better place to stay and relax, than the Riverside Retreat. Our new model 27 ft RV has one queen bed, with a Simmons Deep Sleep mattress and high thread count bedding, plus the sofa and dining table turn into sleeping areas as well. We have rural wifi for the TV and your devices, as well as board games for when you want to disconnect.

Cozy Country Home

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place, about 10 minutes from Winnsboro, 10 minutes to Big Lake, 25 minutes to Delhi, and 45 minutes to Monroe! This home is located on a small back road, giving you a quiet place to relax for your stay! With all new appliances and all of your amenities! This home is only 3 years old and the perfect place to stay for a night or two!

Sue's Southern Stay

This private house sleeps 3 in the bedroom and 1 on the couch. I do have an inflatable queen mattress that can be used upon request. It has a full kitchen and private washer/dryer also.There is a fenced yard for a large dog, but the fence is wide enough that a small dog will be able to escape. Located within 8 miles of I-20, University of Louisiana at Monroe, and Pecanland Mall.

The Garden Cottage

We are located in the woods but only 2 miles from I 20. The Garden Cottage is located close to our main house but isolated with its own private patio. It is perfect for a single occupant or a couple due to it only has 1 bed. Infants/child is welcome if you have sleeping accommodations for them ( portable crib/pack in play). I do not provide either.

Quiet secluded and quaint two bedroom barn loft

If you’re looking for a “getaway”, here’s your place. Located 7 miles outside of Rayville and 20 minutes from Monroe La. It’s the perfect spot. 65 acres to roam on, a nearby “break or swamp”, a stocked pond just outside your back door with wild ducks much of the year, you’ll find plenty to do without leaving the place!

Water front property for the whole family to enjoy on Beouf River. This two bedroom, one bath sleeps 6. Property has a fully stocked kitchen and washer/dryer. Property features screened in porch, private boat ramp, covered RV hookup, kayak’s, and swings surrounding the fire pit.
