We look forward to welcoming you into the characterful 'Petit Manoir' in the heart of the Perigord Vert. Our extensive gardens are the perfect place to relax, or if you wish to venture further, there are plenty of walks from the front door. The charming wing includes a master bedroom on the first floor with adjoining pigeonnier for use as study or extra bedroom, while the ground floor comprises a spacious bathroom with walk-in shower, kitchen, open plan living/dining room and an exercise room.

Supermarchés ( Leclerc, Intermarché, Lidl) à environ 2 km. Grand marché, tous les vendredis sur la place principale en face de l'Office du Tourisme; marché des producteurs les mardis matin.

Look out the window and enjoy the beautiful surroundings and nature this area of the Dordogne has to offer. Keep an eye out for deer, owls, red squirrels and many more. We are directly opposite the river beach of Saint Aulaye and on the edge of this historic old village. Wander up the hill to the boulangerie, shops and weekly market. Launderette facilities available in the village.

It is set in a quiet hamlet yet close to holiday amenities and leisure. (Accrobranche, walks, cycles rides). Saint Aulaye and Aubeterre have stunning river beaches, a lovely lake at Jemaye. There is a little shop less than a mile away in the historic village of Saint Privat des prés.

We created this place to recharge, work remotely, and spend time with family and friends. The house overlooks a plot of land partially planted with young oak trees and a large 1-hectare meadow.
