Balcony above for host only but not used when guests are staying. Blinds to main house closed for further assured privacy whenever guests stay.

The Pines Treehouse is nestled underneath a huge oak tree sitting high above the running water of Sand Beck. Curl up in front of the fire in our self-catering hut located next to our quiet, private farm lane. Enjoy panoramic views over the valley. Relax in the hammock on the veranda, snuggle up on the sofa in front of the fire, cosy up in bed under the feather duvet lit with fairy lights. Private hot tub available for hire for an additional £42. Book farm tours with hot buttered toast and dippy eggs, goat hang out experiences, bee keeping experiences or venture off on one of the many local trails.

Holly Toft is a secluded, detached stone cottage, perched on the edge of a drumlin hill, overlooking the beautiful rolling countryside of the Ribble Valley. With uninterrupted panoramic views of the Forest of Bowland, the majestic hills of Whernside, Pen-y-ghent and Ingleborough, it truly is a special place. Whilst mature lime trees stand guard in front of the property, Weets Hill looms spectacularly nearby. Adults 18+ can relax by the woodburning stove whilst drinking in the views.
