The Garden Room at Winthorpe is a non-smoking, pet free guest accommodation for two people. It has 2 separate entrances from the garden and large decking area to the side of the main house with ample off street parking on a private driveway making the whole accommodation completely private. The entire annexe has been completely refurbished for the 2021 season, with a new kitchen and bedroom furnishings of a luxurious standard. The bedroom enjoys distant sea views across the Bay of Colwyn.

It is a newly built two bedroom apartment. The property has two double bedrooms, a lounge with a large screen tv, dining area, kitchen and a lovely family bathroom. There is free off road parking for one car and free parking on the road outside the property with no time restrictions.
