Cosy Hobbit House with fire pit, private garden, and stunning countryside views at Sychpwll. This unique cob-built house has two bedrooms (king and double), a private bathroom with electric shower, and an open-plan kitchen/dining room. The house is heated by two wood burners, laid for you on arrival with a basket of logs. Extra wood can be brought from us. Outside, enjoy your garden with seating , fire pit, and relax in the peace, wildlife, and countryside. Guests also have access to the river.

Rose Cottage on England / Wales border. Shropshire

Rose Cottage is a stone built property built around 1830. The floors upstairs are all planked Elm and the downstairs areas are Flagstone flooring. The beamed ceilings and inglenook mean the property exudes character but with all the mod cons, including high speed internet. The cottage was recently upgraded with a Hand- painted kitchen with built in Dishwasher and fridge. Work surfaces are Kashmir white granite. The front garden is quite private & the bench is a perfect spot for a cup of tea.

The Annexe - A little Welsh getaway

Welcome to The Annexe at Breidden Cottage – a Welsh holiday let, offering a peaceful and charming retreat in the heart of the countryside. Although connected to the owner’s home, this two-bedroom, two-bathroom annexe is completely self-contained, providing privacy and comfort. Enjoy the warm, Welsh cottage feel, along with a sun lit dining space and a fully equipped kitchen – perfect for self-catering. Bedding and towels are provided, so you can settle in and relax from the moment you arrive.

Red House Cottage (self catering cottage)

Modern, very comfortable and very clean. Sleeps 4, double ensuite room and double/twin room also ensuite. Outside area, fully equipped kitchen and comfortable lounge. In a quiet village setting with two pubs serving food within a two minutes walk of the cottage. Free wifi, smart TV’s in bedrooms. Until recently Red House Cottage was run as a B&B but the owners decided to fit a kitchen to create a self contained cottage for self catering holidays. The cottage is on the side of our home.

Located on Offa's Dyke, Offa's Rest is a comfortable and cosy place to stay and is perfect for up to 4 people. Offa's Rest is located directly on The Offa's Dyke path, running through the village of Llanymynech which is between the towns of Oswestry, Shrewsbury and Welshpool. This new accomodation is located in the heart of the village, within a few metres of the eateries, public houses and public transport stops. Offa's Rest has all the amenities that you will need for your stay.

Secluded forester’s cottage with modern comforts

Hollybush Cottage is full of character with a garden and stream. It is surrounded by woodland and is 100m from Offa’s Dyke path with access to miles of beautiful walks, ideal for anyone wanting to explore Shropshire and mid Wales. It Sleeps 4, there is a kingsize bed and two singles in the second bedroom. Recently refurbished throughout with a new fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. The sitting room has a log burner and QLED TV. Super fast fibre broadband throughout.

SEVERNSIDE ANNEX

The annexe is situated next to our home with its own private access so you can be completely independent. It’s in the small village of Four Crosses near the England/Wales border and can sleep five people in two bedrooms, one king-size double and one family room comprising three single beds. The ground floor has an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Outside there is off road parking for two cars and a gravelled patio with garden furniture.

Just like Rodney, Roy, and Raymond, you’ll find alpacas and sheep grazing peacefully in the surrounding fields, adding to the magic and charm of this peaceful Welsh hideaway. Perfect for couples or a small family, Owl Hollow is a private underground retreat designed for tranquillity and relaxation. Set in the heart of the countryside, it’s also a fantastic base for exploring the Welsh outdoors.

Hand-built treehouse (rustic!) in a beautiful, peaceful setting right on Offa's Dyke, a popular walk on the England/ Wales border. Sleeps 4 with a double bed and a comfy futon in the same room. Amazing waterfall 1/2 hour Lovely sunsets. Gas bbq and a gas hob. Solar power for phone charging etc. Basic compost toilet. Rustic shower. (no towels) Please bring your own drinking water, towels and firewood. Think of it as glorified camping....
