An exclusive house in the very heart of one of France most famous wine village. All the comfort of a stylish contemporary home with the charm of an old village house. Relax in a very private courtyard with a pool, 3 sun decks with partly shaded areas or entertain friends and family around the BBQ area. The interior features a spacious open plan ground floor with kitchen, dining and lounge. The first floor comprise a guests bedroom with queen size bed, a bathroom and toilet and a kids dorm sleeping 6. A foldable baby cot is also available in the house. On the second floor is a luxurious loft retreat with a king size bed, en suite bathroom with a shower and a bath, a separate toilet and a spacious private terrace overlooking the village and the valley with views of the Mont Ventoux. The house is decorated simply with vintage furniture and quirky pieces. The entire house and studio (depending on the number of guests). My family lives close by and is available to assist our guests with any issue. Chateauneuf-du-Pape is a classic provençal village where one of France's best wines is produced. From the sound of the church bells marking the hour to taking a stroll to the bakery for fresh croissants at breakfast time, soak up village life. Vous pourrez tout faire à pieds depuis chez nous et profiter du calme de son emplacement pour vous ressourcer après une bonne journée à arpenter les rues pavées, à parcourir ses nombreuses échoppes ou pourquoi pas après une virée sur le lac. Vous pourrez également tester les nombreux bars et restaurants présents au pied de l 'immeuble historique du 17e siécle. Idéal pour 4 personnes, notre appartement vous offrira tout le confort attendu après cette excellente journée. Le séjour: ouvert sur la cuisine et équipé d'un canapé lit convertible de qualité avec un vrai matelas et pouvant accueillir 2 personnes. Télévision écran plat. La cuisine: Entièrement équipée avec tout l'électroménager indispensable ( lave vaisselle, cafetière nespresso, bouilloire, four, micro onde, plaques de cuisson, lave linge...). Chambre: Nous avons accordé un grand soin à décorer agréablement la grande chambre ou vous allez séjourner. Elle est composée d'un grand lit queen size avec literie neuve de qualité. L'espace "baroque" prévu avec son fauteuil et son guéridon est idéal pour siroter un verre ou un café, le temps de parcourir un bouquin. Salle de Bain: Petit mais fonctionnel, l'espace salle de bains dispose d'une baignoire, sèche serviettes, sèche cheveux et de quelques produits de beauté. Pour votre confort, l'ensemble du linge de maison vous sera fourni. Pour les plus petits, une chaise haute, un lit parapluie ainsi qu'une console de jeux est à votre disposition. accès à l'intégralité du logement situé au 1er étage du bâtiment historique .
