On the property the owner operates a sustainable and organic vegetable farm, both outdoors and in heated greenhouses. When not in use as a rental property, the home is used as a craft workshop.

The environment is very beautiful and can be enjoyed in many hike trail around the surrounding area. In Only a half hour walk is up to a very beautiful waterfall called Helgufoss. There is also a lot of experiences that can be accessed here in the area such as horse riding, electric biking and hiking.

Being situated quite high in the hill it benefits with magnificent views, overlooking Hvalfjordur, Eilifsdalur, Midfjordur and its surrounding mountains, rivers and ocean.

Unsere cosy kleine haus mit Meeresblick auf den Hafen und die Promenade von Hafnarfjörður, ca. 15 minuten von Reykjavik entfernt. Geniessen ihr farbenfrohe fischerboote die rein und raus in den Hafen segeln. Neben dran ist dass historische schwimmbad wo ihr in hot pots entspannen können.
