If travelling from KEF Airport to Reykjavik area with the flybus, exit in Gardabaer at Aktu Taktu. Ask the bus driver to stop there. From there you need a taxi to Ljosakur or ask me for a pick up. A rental car is better :) We live above so don't hesitate to contact us. We will help and try to make your stay in Iceland perfect. Or enjoy the privacy. The home is in a great neighborhood that features a nice garden and playground with swimming pools, golf courses and a sports arena nearby. Reykjavik is a short drive away providing access to museums and exquisite restaurants. This is one of the safest place you can find in the city. We recommend to rent a car at the airport (KEF). It's easy to find your ways with a smartphone. If you don't have internet on your smartphone you can use our GPS (Garmin), it's in the apartment in the top drawer under the TV. Swimming pool, hot tubs, gym and golf courses very nearby. Heidmork, one of the most beautiful nature area near the city is nearby. Perfect for walking or cycling. Supermarkets, bakeries, stores and restaurants are near. A new supermaket (Kronan) is in walking distance.

Very cozy apartment in the center of Reykjavik, accommodates 4 in two bedrooms,kitchen and living room. We have 1 double bed and 2 single.Small balcony with an outdoor Jacuzzi with the afternoon sun and beautiful Northern Lights in the winter,facilities include an electric cooker,dishwasher and a coffee brewer.Laugavegur and the surrounding area has plenty of shops,bars and restaurants. There is a 24 hour supermarket at the ground floor and a low-cost grocery store close by(2. min walk).Within walking distance (5 min) there is a geothermal pool (swimminghall of Reykjavik).

Bright and modern apartment downtown Reykjavik which has been completely renovated, with new beds and furniture. Great location in a nice, quiet street, just a couple of minutes walk from the cities main restaurants, shops and Reykjavik harbour. Few minutes from Hallgrims church, Harpa and Solfarid. The apartment has 2 bedrooms that sleep 2 each. There is also a sleeping sofa in the living room so there can be a total of 6 guests at a time. Perfect for a family, 2 couples or a group of friends.

This amazing Penthouse apartment is on the top two floors in a relatively new building on Laugavegur, the main shopping street, fully equipped with everything you need for a short or medium-term stay. Downstairs there is a bathroom with a large bathtub and shower, kitchen, a living-room with a dining area and a large window facing south towards Hallgrimskirkja, the main Reykjavik landmark. The bedroom is upstairs along with a balcony providing excellent view to the south over the city centre.

The studio is in the basement on a separate and private part of a four floor building. The house is in front of a primary school which I love because it is so alive when the children go out to play. The school started at 08:30 and you might hear the bell ringing and children and parents coming to school. Free public parking across the street.

FREE WIFI - Smart TV - Apple TV4 The location is in a beautiful nature reserve, close to the Reykjavik city center (20 min), 1 hour to the Golden Circle, 5 minutes to Ishestar, a horse riding, 2 and half hours to the Black beach. The cabin is Ideally located for exploring the South West.

Our apartment is in the most popular neighborhood of Reykjavík, Vesturbær. A walk to downtown area is just 15-20 min and a wonderful walking path on the shoreline starts here. Also: a swimming-pool, coffee-house, restaurants, bakery, gourmet food-stores and friendly neighbors!
