Nina's Cottage - Southwold

Nina's Cottage is a recently renovated holiday home, perfect for up to 4 people (and furry friends). I've lovingly furnished and decorated it to a high standard to make it the perfect base to explore Southwold and the surrounding areas. The house features a cosy lounge with a log burner, a very spacious kitchen and living space, large master bedroom and king size double bed, a twin bed 2nd bedroom, as well as a fully enclosed garden. Ideally placed only a short walk to the high street and beach.

With two bedrooms (sleeping up to four people), the cottage has been designed to a high specification and offers guests great comfort and modern conveniences within an environment steeped in history. Southwold's beach and famous beach huts are just a few off-road steps away and the high street with its independent shops, pubs and eateries are just round the corner. I genuinely love hosting and I prepare the house myself making sure that each guest is carefully catered for and has a very special stay.

The Stables is in a beautiful peaceful part of Suffolk, on the River Deben, with footpaths, wild swimming, pubs within walking distance, birdwatching, views for artists, and fabulous lanes for cycling. Perfect for paddle boarders and kayaks too. The Stables have been converted into a cosy country cottage with contemporary furnishings, fitted kitchen, bedroom with super king bed, en suite bathroom, shower room, wood burner, 2 TVs and wifi, books and games, and tennis court (by arrangement).

Fisherman's cottage, just a stone's throw away from Kessingland's award winning beach, and not far from both Southwold and the Broads, is perfect for a Suffolk coastal break. This cosy cottage is ideally situated near a free car park, children's park and a fish and chip shop (all less than 100 metres away), and the beach is only 400 metres away. Please note, the property has no garden or parking. Check in 3.00pm onwards, Check out 10.00am (Cleaners will arrive at 10:00am sharp!)

Dogs welcome (fully enclosed garden).
