It is annexed to the main family house and the beach is a short 5 minute stroll away. There’s a combined bedroom/lounge/diner with a luxurious superking bed, a separate kitchen & shower room. Suitable for a couple. A pebbled path leads to a small, courtyard garden with herbs for cooking & cocktails! This sunny space has bistro table & chairs for Guests exclusive use

The House in the Clouds

"A truly unique place to stay, one of England's most famous follies" built as a water tower with house below, the tank room is now a huge galleried living & games room with spectacular views of the Suffolk coast. "A fantasy water tower in a fantasy village". Garden offers volleyball, football, boules, bbq. 10 min walk to the sea. Season ticket for the Meare boating lake (1 boat at a time, open Easter-Sept)included, a 5 min walk away. Perfect for family gatherings. Stansted airport 2 hours drive.

Southwold's beach and famous beach huts are just a few off-road steps away and the high street with its independent shops, pubs and eateries are just round the corner. I genuinely love hosting and I prepare the house myself making sure that each guest is carefully catered for and has a very special stay.

Tranquility -Annex minutes to Beach & Southwold

Set in a beautiful quiet area with driveway parking. A 20 min walk directly to the seafront and Southwold high street with many well known and independent shops, Pier, Adnams Brewery, pubs, restaurants, bakeries, cafes, marshes, and harbour. The property has key safe entry, a courtyard garden, TVs with Firesticks and WIFI. Fresh towels and bedding are provided. The local shop is just 5 min away, nearest public house is just a 10 minute walk away. The annexe sits next to our main property.

Beautifully, newly renoavted house steps from the beach and local amenities. The fully equiped open plan kitchen diner, leads out through bi fold doors onto a patio and lawned garden, perfect for outdoor entertaining. Relax in the lounge on the 2 large sofas watching your favorite programme on the Smart TV. Upstairs you will find 3 comfortable bedrooms, 1x KS with ensuite, 1 x DB and 1 x QS (zip and link bed ), all with smart TVs. The family bathroom is complete with a luxury rain shower.

The Old Lamp Room. Self contained annexe

The Old Lamp Room used to store the lamps for the lighthouse until it became automatic. It is now an annexe to the old Lighthouse Keeper’s Cottage, which is our family home. Guests have their own front door and are free to use the small front courtyard garden which has a bistro table and chairs. Situated up a small path, behind the lighthouse and moments from the beach. The high street with its shops, restaurants and pubs is a 5 minute stroll away. An ideal cosy bolt hole.

Suffolk Cottage is a delightful self catering holiday cottage in the heart of Southwold, just a few minutes walk to the beach. Packed with period features, the property has been refurbished to provide stylish holiday living with quality fixtures and furnishings. No pets. Owners are allergic to dogs. Nearest beach: Less than 0.05 miles . Nearest amenities: Less than 5 minutes the family will be close to everything when you stay here. Shop: 100 yards Pub: 100 yards.

Starboard Side

Relax in the heart of Southwold in the newly renovated Starboard Side apartment. Please note that this apartment is on the first floor and accessed by a metal staircase. The twin bedroom is on the second floor up a steep and windy staircase. We love our quirky features but they may not be suitable to all guests! Starboard Side boasts one full size king bedroom and one upper floor twin bedroom, With a newly fitted kitchen and top of the range appliances.

Dreamers Cottage, Pinkneys Lane, Southwold

Dreamers Cottage is perfectly located, right in the heart of Southwold. Short breaks throughout the year, with a minimum stay of just 2 nights even in high season. The cottage is just steps from the beach, with its traditional colourful beach huts, and so central to Southwold's fantastic cafés, deli's, restaurants, famous pubs & independent shops. Despite all this, the cottage is quiet and not overlooked. Absolutely no pets ever - so allergies are safe.

Our Annex proves very popular with travellers seeking sparkling clean, modern details with all the necessary touches to make a comfortable bolt hole holiday, ten minutes walk from Southwold’s beaches and high street. We can accommodate 2 adults in the main bedroom and a further two guests in the living space, in two sofa beds (one small double and one single). A high chair/travel cot can be provided.
