Sitting on 10 acres, take advantage of the entire property or explore Northwestern Montana. 77 Miles to Glacier National Park. 50 miles to Whitefish ski mountain, 14 Miles to Lake Koocanusa, 200 yards into the Kootani National Forest. Few minutes drive to Abayance boat launch or 5 minute drive to Rexford Bench boat launch. Playground is 2 minute walk. Lots of trails in the area. This unique flat is set up like a huge hotel room. Spacious room size, king size bed, comfy seating area and large bathroom. Small fridge, coffee pot, hot water pot, air conditioner, microwave provided along with dishes and a table. This second floor flat has its own patio table with 6 chairs. This location is attached to a commercial shop, the lower level is currently vacant. The main shop space is currently is being used for storage at this time and is pretty quiet.
