Beautifully decorated and spacious home in a charming, Alexandria neighborhood near the King Street metro and the shops and restaurants of Old Town. Just a 16 minute drive to downtown Washington DC, with a chef's kitchen and a relaxing great room. The house is also just a 10 minute drive to the new MGM Casino or the Gaylord Resort and Convention Center at National Harbor. The "no parties in house" rule is strictly followed. If you want to have a party or an event, this is not the place for you.

Welcome to the The loft at Lakeside! The loft is a completely separate space that comes with its own entrance and parking space. The loft consists of a spacious bedroom with a walk-in closet. There is a full bathroom in the bedroom and a half bath near the kitchen. The main space consists of spacious Kitchen that sits right next to the cozy family room, with a large couch. It also has a full laundry room for anyone looking to take home clean clothes after an amazing stay at The Loft.

Spacious lower level studio with private entrance and complimentary off-street parking. Centrally located in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood a 5-minute walk to the Huntington metro. The studio features a queen size bed, daybed, walk-in shower, coffee bar with a Keurig machine, microwave, dedicated workspace, and a sizeable closet. A private suite & parking

You get everything you see in the pictures, a private suite ready to welcome a last-minute reservation. If you need to check in early or check out late, the host will try to accommodate you when possible. A $70 extra fee applies for a guest who wants to use the second bedroom. It is currently used to keep bedding and linen. It remains locked. The host will always knock or text before entering the living room on the first floor.
