Barn Stay at Shadowbrook Farm

Welcome to the Shadowbrook Farm Stay. Tucked in the hills of upstate New York, this 1700's Shaker barn has been restored into a beautiful guest house. It sits upon a two hundred acre working pasture raised meat farm. This barn was used to hold, and milk cows for two hundred and fifty years. Guests will have access to portions of the farm lands which are highlighted on the maps provided in the Farm Stay manual. If you follow the farm road, you are able to meet every farm animal on the property!

The Old Canal House at Halfmoon

Located in a 200-year old historic brick house, the guest apartment is fully furnished and all windows face the Mohawk River and a scenic walk path. Nearby Kayak rental is available. We are located a few minutes’ drive from The Klam'er Tavern and Marina and about 30 minutes from Saratoga Springs and Albany, where art performances, concerts and dining experiences await you. At all times, you can enjoy the view on the river from your own private patio or the warmth of the fire pit in the yard.

Wake up to bald eagles soaring past floor-to-ceiling windows in the lakefront great room. Relax by the fireplace or unwind in the cozy TV room. A spacious kitchen makes cooking easy. Upstairs: 4 bedrooms (2 king, 2 queen, all w/ desks) + 4 full baths (3 w/ showers, 1 w/ tub). Enjoy fast Wi-Fi, seasonal lake access, dock, and deck. Swim or kayak at your own risk (no guest boats at dock per insurance). Your lakeside getaway awaits! Airbnb has a strict NO Events policy which we follow.

Two cozy bedrooms with an efficient kitchen make this a great weekend getaway for 2 adults or family of 3 to use as a base to explore both north and south Berkshire county in every season. About a mile from Jiminy Peak Ski Resort, less than 5 minutes to Bloom Meadows, 15 minutes to both Williamstown and Pittsfield, and 30 minutes to Mass MoCA, the quiet, wooded mountainside surroundings let you enjoy nature at its finest while easily getting to the area's many cultural attractions.

The Beer Diviner Brewery Apartment

The apartment is entire upstairs of back of our farm brewery & taproom. Open space includes living/dining/work space & bedroom; bathroom has small claw foot tub with shower. Queen-sized memory foam bed; twin day bed (extra twin mattress beneath). HD TV, wifi, private deck, kitchenette with mini fridge, microwave, toaster oven, hot tea kettle and k-cup coffeemaker. Complimentary pint of craft beer in taproom. Located in a private setting in a hollow in the Taconic Mountains.

Luxury downtown penthouse, near Franklin Plaza.

This beautiful, historic Victorian building is on a short walking distance from Franklin Plaza, one of Troy's most popular wedding and events venues. Just remodeled with a balance of classic and modern design, including original brick in the kitchen and large windows throughout, giving this space beautiful natural light and views. We have security cameras in the first , second floor hallway, outside the front door and back door.There is no cameras inside of the listed units.

The Hobbit House at June Farms

Enjoy 120-acres of beautiful farmland while you stay in your very own Hobbit house! Nestled in the hills of Hudson Valley, June Farms is a gorgeous animal sanctuary. During your stay, you will be able to meet our Shire horses, Scottish highland cows, Gloucestershire spotted pigs, Nigerian dwarf goats, many chickens and ducks! From June 1 - Labor Day, the bar & restaurant is open most days for you to enjoy (check our calendar to be sure). We look forward to meeting you!

Partially fenced in 3 miles down the road from Jiminy Peak ski resort & summer activities and a short drive to Ramblewild adventure park. Hiking, boating, museums, shopping, restaurants- all sorts of activities in the Berkshires. Two minute ride to Bloom Meadows!

The home is bright with an open living space and vaulted knotty pine ceiling. Lovely eat in kitchen. Bathroom with shower/ tub combo as well as washer and dryer. Outdoor space includes a fenced in back yard, above ground swimming pool and sun deck. Patio table, gas grill and outdoor fire pit.

Off Grid Yurt Right By The Best of The Berkshires

This is an off grid yurt with a woodstove for heat and an off grid kitchen - no running water or electricity - water can be heated on the woodstove. You'll have a comfy bed and futon. We love it when it rains. Staying inside, listening to the rain on the yurt and playing games is a highlight of our trips there. Cooking outside and enjoying a campfire & toasting marshmallows is also fun!
