This is your perfect base for the iconic Henley Royal Regatta, Henley Festival & Rewind, only a few minutes drive away. The village pub, The Horns, is a short stroll across the village Green.

Water's edge is a well loved family home, it is by no means in a modern condition but the view and location is a truly unique spot with one of the most iconic views of Henley at the finish line of Henley Regatta. Enjoy leisurely walks, boutique shops, cafes & art galleries, everything is in easy reach from this riverside side home. An electric launcher boat is available to hire during April to August at an additional charge of £300 per day subject to river conditions.
