Situated in a quiet, safe, leafy cul-de-sac in Cobham (dubbed UK’s Beverly Hills!) which offers: The Ivy, gastro pubs, boutique shops, Waitrose & more. Driving: 5mins to Oxshott station, 10mins to M25, 20mins to Guildford (or train). Airports: Heathrow (10miles), Gatwick (16miles). Trains to London Waterloo: 35mins.

Hand built by myself & Granny Mongolia, the Yurt is a mix of traditional Mongolian design & bohemian chic. As you enter the yurt you will instantly notice a sense of calm & grounding, an ideal retreat from a hectic lifestyle. Surrounded by countryside, the yurt is home to many Mongolian artefacts gifted to me by Granny Mongolia. It features a charcoal bbq & stove. The Comfy Gatwick Annex

Check-in anytime after 3pm. Our guest house is freshly built in 2025. It's a very peaceful area near Gatwick Airport with lovely neighbours. Bus stop is 1 minute away. It takes from 10 mins to get to/from the train station and from 12 mins to/from the Gatwick Airport. - sockets with USBs, don't need to worry about adaptors :) - free coffee/tea on the kitchen - big garden - Wifi - free parking - smoke-free home - EV charger (if you want to use it we charge 35p/kw just to cover electricity)

Ideal for walkers and cyclists, the village has an award winning real ale pub with great food, a village shop and an Indian restaurant. There are nature reserves and stunning walks and only 15 minutes from Gatwick, access to the airport couldn’t be easier. The historic towns of Dorking and Reigate are a short drive away and have a great range of shops, restaurants and antique shops.
