Escape to our tranquil green sanctuary 😊😊, where the chorus of birdsong promises a truly serene and rejuvenating retreat. Our backyard stretches to the water's edge with a private boardwalk that leads to the water and a small yellow sand beach. PS One set of bedding with towels is included, but if you want to use a second bedroom or a sofa bed in the living room, it will be an extra $15 for one set of bed linens with towels per booking, $15 once off per an extra set of bedding+towels.

Carbrook Cottage is a brand new residence and the owners have thoroughly enjoyed landscaping and setting up the cottage with the comforts of home. Award winning Sirromet Winery is only a short 8 minute drive away making this a fabulous accommodation option for weddings or Day On The Green concerts.
