We just gave this cute mountain home a brand new face lift. It's light filled and lovely with new everything inside. It's especially beautiful and cozy in winter, and of course summer is spectacular. There is a full kitchen, laundry, and two full bathrooms, one of which is en suite in the master. The master bed is king size. The bunkroom has two nice, sturdy full-size bunkbeds, so can technically sleep 8, because there are 4 double beds. The living room has a big couch, TV and fire place.

Boise's Gem Cottage is tucked away on a private drive near Boise State University, Bench Train Depot, green belt, Airport, and Downtown! Backyard is fully fenced and private! Walking distance to many restaurants, bars, Liquor Store, Starbucks, and Dutch Bros Coffee! Our cottage has full kitchen with adjoining dining room, with table and chairs to seat 6. There is a roomy living room as well with a lg. Sofa and easy chair! We provide a Smart TV with WIFI. You'll be able to watch net flicks.

Shared river access with owners, great for swimming and private rafters/kayakers. Owners are close by for any concerns. Nearby activities: White water rafting/kayaking, zipline, hiking, fishing, off road trails for ATV/UTV close by, etc. Horseshoe Bend has restaurants, small grocery stores, farm stand and shopping.
