Close to Clare, Long Melford, Bury St. Edmunds, Lavenham and Sudbury. 20 mins to Newmarket, easy access to Cambridge and 2 hrs from central London.

A truly unique retreat offering high quality accommodation for up to 5 adults. We also have a small fold up bed and a travel cot for little ones. Centrally located to enjoy the beautiful Suffolk countryside, Honeybee is within walking distance of the delightful village of Cavendish, a short drive to Long Melford, Clare and historic Lavenham with its famous timber-framed houses and just 12 miles from the Cathedral town of Bury St Edmunds. Honeybee is a well-equipped end of terrace. The village has a pub boasting delicious home-cooked food, a Chinese, fish and chip shop and social club along with two mini supermarkets, and pharmacy.

The spacious enclosed garden has uninterrupted far reaching views of this wonderful constable countryside. There is an abundance of foot paths and wild life all around the property and only a 10 mins walk to the village of Hartest which has a great country pub. Close to market town of Bury St Edmunds and villages of Lavenham and Long Melford this is a perfect place to explore suffolk.

Ballingdon Mill is an artists retreat in an 18th century windmill base on the edge of Sudbury, Suffolk, a small bustling market town in the heart of Gainsborough country. If seeking a cosy, spacious, 'off grid' bolt hole a stone's throw from London we are for you. We make a dreamy spacious space for romantic couples - or the perfect crash pad for up to 4 guests wishing to bunk up for the night - perfect for wedding guests). Dogs welcome but the pet fee is charged for extra cleaning.

A large private garden with a footbridge across the stream leads to the open countryside and endless footpaths. One of which takes you to the superb village pub, only a 4 minute walk away and renowned for its great food and their own brewed craft beers. The beautiful historic market town of Bury St Edmunds, and villages Long Melford and Lavenham are just a short drive away.

Sleeping up to 4 adults in spacious comfort in 2 beds, with a luxurious bathroom, garden views, fully fitted kitchen, high spec fixtures & comfortable lounge area. However, we do not accept infants or children.

Located down a no through country road, but with the A11 just two mins away you will not believe how secluded you feel tucked away from the world The room is bright & spacious, with walk in en suite shower, with food prep area and has direct access onto the garden & patio area. You access the room directly from outside, so you can come & go to suit, your own private entrance

Lime Tree Barn is located in Thurston, four miles from the historic and beautiful market town of Bury St. Edmunds. Two miles from access to the A14 and a few hundred yards from the Train Station which has a direct line to Bury, Cambridge and London. The Barn Annex facilities have been fitted to a high quality to create a relaxing and comfortable environment for you to enjoy during your stay , consisting of a large bedroom, en-suite shower room and kitchen.

Renovated Stables - Tawny Lodge

Set in the outskirts of the beautiful town of Bury St Edmunds, enjoy a perfect getaway at Tawny Lodge in the heart of Suffolk. Tawny Lodge is a converted stables adjacent to the Old Coach house and backs onto our beautiful 17th century Grade 2 listed house with a courtyard in between. Set in parkland just opposite Nowton Park, Tawny Lodge is only a five minute drive from the vibrant market town centre of Bury St Edmunds, or a scenic 45 minute walk.

The Old Stables

The Old Stables is a charming self contained annex to the front of our property with free parking on premises. Situated in a quiet location near The Grange Hotel and within approx half of a mile walking distance into Thurston Village. We live in the main house which is attached to the annex with our two quiet dogs. We are generally on hand to help with any questions or advise on the local area.
