Light filled bathroom has a large shower. The sitting room has a fold out sofa best suited for 1 adult or 2 children.

Was designed as a crash pad for anyone in town for work, a flight, or road trip. Inside is 4x8x5 mattress is twin. Sleeps 1 comfortably, possibly 2. Bathroom access is about 20ft away. Unit includes electric, AC, heat, TV, wifi, firestick, free parking, storage underneath. Close to a highway so there are waves of passing cars.

Centrally located, convenient to Emory, Decatur, Inman Park, Virginia-Highlands, and Freedom Park bike trail. Walk to the local market, tea shop, and restaurants. Comfortably fits two people but has a full sofa bed, if you need extra space.
