A private and peaceful retreat, positioned among lush gardens in the quiet area of Rye. Large windows in each room offer plenty of natural light and greenery. The place sleeps up to 4 people with modern bathroom, open plan living area and kitchenette with coffee and tea, washing machine, ducted air-conditioning and heating and complimentary Wifi. Less than 10-minute drive to the Peninsula Hot Springs and 20-minute walk to front beach (Tyrone Foreshore) or back beaches of Rye (Number 16 Beach).

As you enter the ivy-covered Balinese gates, be prepared to be transported into another world! Also be prepared to walk the steps to the top. (70m incline) The view from the studio comes at a price and if you are prepared to walk the steps.... there's enormous gain when you reach the top. Welcome to Room With A View, a contemporary apartment located moments away from the Dromana Foreshore on the beautiful Mornington Peninsula. This property is perfectly situated to discover local wineries, cafes, market stalls and the infamous Peninsula Hot Springs. A great spot for a romantic getaway! We have now added a sun deck for sun baking, a heated spa which can be used all year round and a heated swim spa for the Spring and Summer months.

Driftwood @ McCrae

Our one bedroom studio apartment with ensuite is conveniently located 1 km from McCrae beach set in 2/3 acre of garden. It comfortably sleeps two and is dog friendly only (no cats). However, I need to know in advance if you intend bringing your dog. You also have the use of a deck with bar-b-q and sea glimpses which is adjoining the main house not the guest house.

Beauford Lodge

My place is good for couples. There is only one bed room plus a sofa bed down stairs. Beauford Lodge is a peaceful semi-rural retreat, just over an hour from Melbourne, on the Mornington Peninsula. Wine, home made chocolate brownies and home made bread & jam for breakfast, (no Gluten free alternatives or other food intolerance's catered for).
