Apartment Tullio, located in the rooftop of a family house above the Old town is the proud winner of the Home and Design magazine’s award as The Best Attic Apartment in Croatia for 2017. We are immensely proud of our achievement as this is a family (ad)venture where we combined our visions and decorative flares without any professional assistance in designing our space. Enjoy your home away from home, we are here to extend our warm hospitality and ensure that your holiday is a memorable one.

Turtle apartments

The house, in which the apartment is located, is a cultural-historic preserved building, built in the XVII th. century. The accomodation unit with a private entrance presents a large and comfortable two-stories apartment with a beautifull panoramic view of the Old Town of Dubrovnik. Located just across the City Walls, accommodation is surrounded by lush garden which provides much needed privacy, plenty of space and tranquility. Includes private garage, parking is free (reservation is needed)

Step Out to the Main Square From a Romantic Loft

Vaulted ceilings and roof beams give an authentic charm to this home which features an eclectic decor and rustic-chic aesthetic. Skylights bathe each room in natural light and you can enjoy performances and concerts from the windows on the right day. Besides all the usual equipment necessary for everyday living, it is a kind of art atelier due to musical instruments, easel and my mother's theater photos and posters around. If you appreciate art this is a perfect atmosphere for you..

Sleep in One of the Oldest Homes in Old Town Dubrovnik

This is one of the oldest houses within the walls of the Old town of Dubrovnik, written documents say it has survived the Great earthquake in 1667. Down the street Od sigurate there is a monastery within there is one of the oldest small churches which dates back to 11th century (40 meters from the apartment). Main Street Stradun is just 70 meters away at the bottom of the street Od sigurate. Franciscan Monastery, Sponza palace, Orlando statue, St. Blaise's Church, Rector's Palace.
