The bedrooms are perfect for multiple families with privacy and nearly attached baths for each "family area". Located 10 +/- minutes from 7 Points Marina and downtown Huntingdon, the location is ideal. The kitchen, laundry and bathrooms are stocked with everything you need - linens, towels and lots of extras- less packing for you.

Little J Cottage

Welcome to the “Little J Cottage” located just outside of Spruce Creek, Pa. Conveniently located between Altoona and State College minutes from I99. Nestled along the famous Little Juniata river this newly renovated house still holds its older country charm. The cottage has a semi private setting on a large country lot providing scenic views. You can hear the distant whistle of a passing train on the nearby tracks. Some of the finest fishing in Pa is mere steps away being just across the road.

Large family or a group of friends this home is perfect to have your own space. 1st floor has a private entrance, full kitchen, dining area, 2 bedrooms with 2 double queen bunk beds & a full bathroom. 2nd floor has a private entrance, full kitchen, dining area, 2 bedrooms, a loft bedroom, & 1 full bathroom. *The 1st floor & 2nd floor are not connected inside. Cottage in Warriors Mark

Our Cottage was originally the Barber shop here in Warriors Mark. It was eventually converted into an efficiency apartment. I completely renovated the Cottage over the summer of 2024. The space is very comfortable and inviting with everything you need to make your stay enjoyable. The space is perfect for a couple. The loveseat easily converts to a full size bed 51x72 inches. It is comfortable for one adult or 2 children. Close to fishing: Little Juniata, Spruce Creek, Raystown Lake.

Jackson Mountain Getaway

3 bedroom basement apartment. Quiet country setting. Located 30 miles from St. College, home of Penn State. 15 miles from Raystown Lake for boating, swimming or fishing. Close to Rails to Trails for hiking or biking. Also near the Little Juniata River for trout fishing(regulated as All Tackle Catch and Release). We also border State Game Lands. 55" tv and 250 channels SUV or 4 wheel drive is recommended for winter. Please use Google GPS and check in instructions.

Located within 30 minutes of downtown State College, the cabin has historic charm, modern amenities, and plenty of private outdoor space to relax. With three bedrooms, two full baths, fully stocked kitchen, multiple living areas and outdoor dining areas, the cabin has plenty of space for everyone. Very strict NO SMOKING rule.

Little Stone Cottage

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Originally built as a carriage house in 1820 along with the adjoining stone home and a second stone building originally used as an out kitchen. This rustic cottage has been tastefully modernized and has a queen sized bed, full size refrigerator/freezer, gas range, large screen TV, heat pump that supplies air conditioning and heat, hot water shower and outside grille and fire pit.
