Our house is 500 years old and is surrounded by gorgeous scenery, the beautiful river Kolpa and is close to the Adriatic sea. Here you can experience the pure energy of nature, flower gardens and visit the castle Kostel. You can hike in the old forests of Kočevsko and Risnjak National Park as well as fly-fish in the Kolpa and Kupica river, or just enjoy in the garden.

RA House Plitvice Lakes

RA Kuća moderna je, drvena kuća smještena na proplanku okružena šumama. Posjed se nalazi izvan naseljenog područja, 0,5 km od glavne prometnice koja vodi u nacionalni park Plitvice Lakes. Kuća je sagrađena u ljeto/jesen 2022. Okruženje RA HOUSE prepuno je prirodnih ljepota, izletišta, zanimljivih destinacija za odmor i zabavu. Od Nacionalnog parka Plitvice udaljena je svega 20 km, 10 km od starog grada Slunja s magičnim Rastokama, te 15ak km od Baraćevih Spilja.

You will be staying at a permaculture small farm, where you can experience peaceful days surrounded by untouched nature. We can demonstrate our approach to sustainable living on a farm that aims to be mostly self-sufficient. We are a couple who moved from the city to pursue a new and, in our opinion, better and more vibrant life. You are welcome to join us on this journey and discover the joy of harmonizing with nature and appreciating all that it can offer us.

Cottage Ljubica

Our wooden cottage is located in the village Mahićno near the town of Karlovac. The place is very quiet and peaceful. The cottage is by the woods where you can take a walk and see a lot of harmless animals. In just a few minutes’ walk through the woods and the meadow you can reach the river Kupa. You can also reach the river Dobra in ca. 20 min by foot and see where Dobra joins the Kupa. Both rivers are very clean and are great refreshment in hot summer days.

Veranda - Seaview Apartment

The apartment is situated close Opatija city center, only a few minutes away by car or an eight minutes walk. It consists of a living room, bedroom, a dining room, two bathrooms, kitchen, sauna, open space lounge, terrace, a surrounding garden and a car parking. Thanks to the fact of being in the ground floor with a surrounding garden you have the sensation of renting a house and not an apartment.
