A neighbor has teenagers and are sometimes known to play loud music and present as teenagers. Palatka is a rugged small town with areas of distress and ranks poorly in terms of economic opportunities. It has been identified as one of the poorest counties in the state of Florida. The town is small and less developed which appeals to those seeking a quieter life.

Enjoy our home in PalmCoast, located in a desirable residential neighborhood. EVERYTHING is NEW and of the finest quality. The kitchen is stocked to prepare any meal. The sunroom located off the kitchen overlooks the pool and has a t.v to enjoy, as well as a XBOX 360 for the kids. master bedroom has king bed and 2nd bedroom has double beds ,both with t.v. Located in Satuma FL, the central location for the following WMAs: Dunn Creek WMA: 1.8 miles Caravelle Ranch WMA: 22 miles Lake George WMA : 22 miles Etonia Creek State Forest: 25 miles We provided televisions in every bedroom, board games, & puzzles. Each tv has Netflix, Paramount +, & Movies Anywhere preloaded & ready to watch!

The Castle Cottage

Tucked away in the trees of Vilano Beach is a little known magical hideaway, the Castle Cottage. This cottage was hand-crafted by a master carpenter in the 80s and displays beautiful woodwork throughout. This perfect getaway location allows you to be free from the crowds but still within five miles of downtown St. Augustine. It is located within a half mile of three popular local restaurants and only steps to the beach! It also features a magnificent view of the nearby Castle Otttis.

There are 2 springs both 5 minutes from the house, Salt Springs & Silver Glen Springs. Beautiful Juniper Springs, Silver Springs and Alexander Springs are all a hop, skip, and jump away. This fully loaded A frame is stocked with a shed full of fishing gear. Mosey down to the boathouse and try your luck fishing right in the backyard at the canal.

An ideal place to stay while visiting our lovely historic St. Augustine. It's in a quiet neighborhood close to beaches, historic district, restaurants and stores. The unit is above the two-car garage where you enter to go up stairs to the 500 square foot apartment. It has a living room, full kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. It's a few short blocks to Intracoastal Waterway (ICW) where you can enjoy breath-taking walks. Short drive to everything!
